ABODA WA Schools Concert Band Festival
Posted on 22/8/2016
Congratulations to the Junior and Senior Bands on their massive effort at the ABODA WA Schools Concert Band Festival. Junior Band performed with confidence and aplomb and were awarded a Merit in C Division for their first foray into the festival. The Senior Band were once again able to maintain their Outstanding status in a tough B division. Thank you to Mr Andrew Symington, bus driver extraordinaire, who was able to lend his music teaching experience to help out our students during rehearsals. Another big thank you to Mrs Whitting for liasing with Eastern Hills SHS to organise a thoroughly enjoyable band workshop. Well done to all band students – your dedication and commitment has paid off!
