Year 12 Events Information

Leavers Breakfast – Tuesday 16 October 2018

Year 12 students will be attending a leavers breakfast in the Hilltop Cafe on Tuesday 16 October commencing at 9am.

Year 12 Farewell Dinner – Wednesday 17 October 2018

On Wednesday 17 October, Year 12 students and teachers will gather at the Hilltop Cafe for our Farewell Dinner from 6:30pm – 10:00pm. Students will be expected to wear smart casual or semi-formal attire.

Year 12 Presentation Evening – Friday 19 October 2018

The Presentation Evening will be held at Narrogin Senior High School Gym at 7:00pm on Friday 19 October. Gowns may be collected from room 37 from 4:30pm to 6:30pm on the night. A light meal will be provided for students, guests and their families in the Hilltop Cafe from 4:30pm until 6:30pm. Guests and families are asked to be seated in the gym by 6.45pm

In the past, we have arranged a photography session for individual and family portraits, however we have been unable to book a photographer for this year. A photography backdrop will be available in room 37 for students and families to take their own pictures.

 

Parent National Schools Opinion Survey

Narrogin Senior High School values the feedback received from parents and the wider community. We pride ourselves in being a reflective school with a culture of continual improvement. All staff at the school realise the importance of seeking feedback from the community and acting on this feedback for improvement. The Parent NSOS will be conducted from now until the end of October. The school would appreciate if all parents could access the survey and respond to each of the questions.

NSHS Handover and Merit Assembly – Tues 4 Sept at 1.35pm

We will be holding a Handover Assembly for the Student Councillors and Prefects, along with a Merit Assembly. It will be held in the school gymnasium, commencing at 1.35pm. All are welcome to attend.

The NSHS P&C will be holding an Open Day on Saturday 8 September at the High School from 10am – 3pm.

NSHS Students Sporting Success

Chloe Hanson (Academy), Chelsea Mulcahy, Nouan Tupuhi Smith, Melita Davey, Piper Edwards and  Abby Munns have also recently been selected into the Great Southern Netball Region Academy and  Cadet Cup Teams. They will represent the GSNR at the Regional Academy Cup and Cadet Cup Event which will be held in Perth on October 5,6 & 7.

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

Marcel Corasaniti has been selected into the State Under 13 Hockey Team, who will represent WA
at the 2018 Under 13 State Hockey Carnival, to be held in Hobart between October 4 – 10.
Marcel was the only Country athlete chosen.
